Milan’s fashion status was basically all we knew before we hit Italian ground. Having been to different parts of Italy before, we expected a similar relaxed lifestyle, enjoying some wine and traditional bruschetta under the Italian sun. But reality showed us a different Italy, one we did not know of.
When we think about Spanish cities, we think about sunny days, cosy squares, relaxed vibes and delicious tapas. Madrid is no different! As soon as we arrived in Madrid’s city centre, we instantly knew we would enjoy our time here.
At the west coast of France, in the Brittany region and right at the river mouth of the Loire river, there is a city that is often passed on by tourists. While many people spend their time in the northern regions of Normandy or further down south around the world-famous vineyards of Bordeaux, Nantes is the essential stop in-between.
Wandering around the streets of Amsterdam never gets boring. Its charming streets and many canal sights provide a very pleasant setting to explore. Paired with world-class museums and a lively nightlife, Amsterdam offers a vibrant, enjoyable city scene that is easy to embrace for just about anyone.
There is no city that is easier to spend time in like Paris. Every street has something different going on and it doesn’t take long before you fall in love with its remarkable landscapes, rich history and astonishing architecture.
Walking through Lisbon is about enjoying a wonderful spectacle of colours, highlighting the city’s wonderful architecture while experiencing its vibrant, characterful neighbourhoods.
Prague is like an open-air museum, with beautiful new sights appearing on the turn of every street. The “golden” city is easily one of the most beautiful cities in the world!
Having made our way to London various times (and still loving it!), we thought it wouldn’t hurt exploring the northern part of England. The upcoming city of Manchester was on our go-to checklist for quite a while and didn’t disappoint us at all!
We don’t know of many places where the culture and history of a harbour has blended with the city’s lifestyle to such a degree as in Hamburg. Germany’s second largest city has a unique appeal and surprised us in so many ways.
We love Scandinavian cities. Despite preferring the sunny Southern destinations, there is something about the atmosphere in a chilly city up North that we always enjoy. Copenhagen is no different.
